Our Inkliner has a soft, flexible nib, perfect for precise application that allows you to draw lines effortlessly. The waterproof smooth formula glides on with ease and dries quickly to prevent feathering or smudging.
How to Use: For an everyday look: gently pull outward on outer eye corner to create a smooth surface. Hold liner at a slight angle apply along the upper
lash line.
For an evening or more dramatic look: draw a thick line along the upper lash line, going up slightly when you get to the outer corner of the eye to create a wing and fill in any spaces with extra coats of liner.
