Shipping Policy
The Online Beauty Warehouse endeavours to dispatch orders within 48 hours of payment, with payments processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders are shipped using major courier partners including Australia Post for smaller items, and FedEx, TNT and Aramex for larger items, depending on the size, weight and destination of the order.
All shipments are fully tracked, with tracking details provided via email once dispatched. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and freight requirements. Please allow approximately 5 to 10 business days for delivery after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is complete and accurate. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed, redirected or intercepted. Any requests to amend the delivery address after dispatch are subject to the courier’s approval and capabilities and may not be possible. The Online Beauty Warehouse accepts no responsibility for delays, additional freight charges or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at the time of purchase.
If you are due to relocate shortly after placing your order, you must advise us of this at the time of purchase, including the new delivery address and the date you will be available to receive the goods at that location. This allows our dispatch team to determine the most appropriate dispatch date and delivery arrangements. We cannot guarantee that address changes requested after dispatch can be accommodated.
For larger items, The Online Beauty Warehouse provides complimentary door-to-door delivery where suitable access is available. This means the courier will deliver the item as close to the delivery door as reasonably possible.
Please note that if there is no direct or safe access to the delivery location due to stairs, steep driveways, hills, unstable terrain, narrow access points, gravel, obstacles, restricted access or any other site limitations, the courier may only be able to deliver the item to the closest accessible point.
Where additional assistance, redelivery, special handling, tail lift service, stair access or alternative delivery arrangements are required due to limited access, further fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be advised where applicable.
At present, The Online Beauty Warehouse ships nationally to all Australian states and to postcodes serviced by our courier partners.
