How to use

Directions for use

Remove the Professional Single Cartridge Heater from packaging.
Insert your Caronlab Australia Strip Wax Cartridge 100ml into the Professional Single Cartridge Heater.
Place the Professional Single Cartridge Heater into the Base Station.
Insert the Power Cord into the Power Cord Connection Point of your Base Station and plug into a power socket. Alternatively, the Power Cord can be plugged directly into the Cartridge Heater for continuous heating during Waxing services.
Select required heat from 1 (low) – 5 (high) setting on the Adjustable Temperature Control Dial. The Temperature Indicator Light will turn red when the Cartridge Heater is in use. It is recommended that you test the temperature of the Wax prior to treatment and adjust using the Temperature Control Dial if needed.
Leaving the Strip Wax Cartridge in the Cartridge Heater, turn upside down, allowing the Wax to flow into the Roller Head. Holding the Cartridge Heater at an approximately 45 degree angle, apply the Wax in the direction of the hair growth. Continue by following normal treatment procedures.
Handy tip: Apply Wax in sections as you would when using the Spatula Technique for best results.
When not in use, return the Cartridge Heater to the Base Station in order to reheat.
To turn Cartridge Heater off, return the Temperature Control Dial to “O”.
Maintain your Professional Single Cartridge Heater by cleaning it with Caronlab Australia Solvent – Wax Remover Citrus Clean. Remember, always unplug the Cartridge Heater before cleaning and ensure that cleaning fluid is used sparingly.
Connect multiple units to create a Multi Cartridge Heater

Professional Single Cartridge Heaters can be connected together to add as many units as you wish, using the one Power Cable. This allows you to extend your Cartridge system to suit your needs.

Insert Power Cord into Power Cord Connection Point on the Base Station of your first unit.
Remove Cover on the Docking Point of your first unit’s Base Station.
Plug the Docking Point of the first unit into the Power Cord Connection Point of the second unit and you’re ready to go!
Attention

Never leave Professional Single Cartridge Heater switched on when there are no Wax Cartridges in the Cartridge Heater. Do not immerse the Cartridge Heater in water, or use it in an area where it could be splashed.

Cleaning

The Cartridge Heater should only be cleaned with a recognised Wax Equipment Cleaner specifically formulated for the removal of Wax; this will maintain the Heater in optimum condition if used regularly.
Never use rubbing alcohol for cleaning, as this will erode the plastic casing of the Heater and cause damage.
Do not use other brands’ Solvents as they could damage the Heater and may produce toxic fumes when the Heater is operated.
Wax spilt onto the Heater casing should be removed as soon as possible. If the Wax is allowed to harden, removal is more difficult.
It is especially important to keep the ON/OFF switch and the Temperature Control Dial free of Wax.
