BRILLIANCE Machine Dishwashing Detergent

BRILLIANCE machine dishwashing detergent is a pale amber liquid based on a blend of heavy duty alkaline detergents combined with soil suspending agents, anti-scaling components and a stabilised chlorine de-staining agent.

Suitable for use in soft and hard water conditions.

BRILLIANCE is Low foaming making suitable for use with conveyor dishwashers

•Concentrated liquid – ensures economical dose rates.

• Contains anti-scaling agents – minimises the need to de-scale the dishwasher.

• Contains soil suspending agents – prevents redeposition of soils.

• Chlorine based -removes and controls all tannin and protein stains.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

BRILLIANCE machine dishwashing detergent is formulated especially for use with Automatic Dispensing Equipment. This is a complete hands- free system which ensures optimum concentration and economy of use of detergent is maintained at all times. The dispenser involves the use of a potentiometric probe which “senses” detergent concentration in the wash tank and signals the pump when to add more detergent.

BRILLIANCE is dosed automatically through the dispensing unit and maintained at a concentration of 1 – 2 gm /litre.

Operating temperature is normally between 75 – 80°C.

BRILLIANCE machine dishwashing detergent should always be used in conjunction with SPARKLE (Rinse Aid) to ensure all washed articles are completely clean and dry.
