Second Hand Device Warranty Transfer Requests
If you have purchased, or are considering purchasing, a second hand device originally supplied by The Online Beauty Warehouse, please note that warranties and extended warranties are linked to the original invoice, original purchaser, and warranty terms at the time of purchase.
Warranty cover is not automatically transferable when a device is sold privately second hand.
The Online Beauty Warehouse may review a request to recognise any remaining warranty period on a case by case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to verification of the original purchase, warranty status, device details, and current condition of the device.
To review a second hand warranty request, we may require the following information:
- Name
- Business name
- Date of purchase
- Original order or invoice number
- Original purchaser name
- Device or product name
- Proof of second hand purchase or transfer
- Photos or videos showing the current condition of the device
- Details of any previous faults, repairs, servicing, transport, or maintenance
Any approved warranty recognition is limited to eligible manufacturing faults only. It does not cover faults or damage caused by misuse, incorrect operation, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs or modifications, lack of maintenance, incorrect storage, transport damage, general wear and tear, consumable parts, or issues arising from how the device was used, stored, transported, or maintained by a previous owner.
If you are purchasing a device second hand, we strongly recommend requesting the original invoice, warranty details, service history, and clear photos or videos of the device before completing your purchase.
To submit a second hand device warranty transfer request, please send the above information through to:
enquiries@theonlinebeautywarehouse.com.au
Our team will review the information provided and respond once the warranty status and original purchase details have been checked.
