Step 2 is designed for the second step of eyelash tinting. The only colourant in the tint is the SILVER complex, which has exceptional tinting properties and ensures an intense black colour.
Does not require an oxidant/developer.
To use:
Use with Step 1 Only!
- Cleanse the eyelashes with ÉLAN Detox Mousse.
- Apply ÉLAN Argan Oil skin protector to upper and lower eyelids.
- Apply under eye patches to prevent skin tinting.
- Apply Step 1 to the eyelashes for 1 minute. Remove with a dry brush or cotton bud in the direction of the hair growth.
- Apply Step 2 for 3-5 minutes. Remove with a dry brush or bud in the direction of the hair growth, then with a water moistened cotton pad.
Step 2 contains silver nitrate. Do note use if there is individual sensitivity to the ingredients or any kind of allergic reaction. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse immediately if product gets into eyes. In case of allergic reaction, consult a dermatologist.

AQUA, SILVER NITRATE, AMMONIUM ACRYLOYLDIMETHYLTAURATE/VP COPOLYMER, AMMONIUM HYDROXIDE.
