Potwash is a non-corrosive, dishwashing machine detergent that attacks food residues left on cookware.

How Does It Work?

Potwash is an industrial strength pot and dish washing detergent, designed to be dispensed into dishwashing machines through the Detergent Dispenser Unit. This unit constantly meters the wash water and maintains the correct detergent concentration at all times. POTWASH controls staining and leaves pans spotlessly clean.

For Use On…

Potwash is a high-performance detergent that provides excellent cleaning of aluminium, stainless steel and ceramic trays, pots and pans.

Potwash is also excellent for soak-tank cleaning of greasy aluminium filters as found in range-hoods and cooking fume extraction systems.

Application:

Pots and Pans:  Machine use: Potwash is designed to be dispensed by the Agar Detergent Dispenser Unit which always meters the wash water. Correct adjustment of the Dispenser ensures trouble-free operation and excellent results with pots and pans coming out spotless, sanitised and sparkling.

Soak Tank Cleaning: To clean trays, filters or utensils by the soak-tank method, begin with a solution of 1-part Potwash per 100 parts of water. This concentration should be varied up or down by trial and error to find the most economical concentration that does the job successfully. Soak-times will vary depending on both temperature and the thickness of the film of fat or baked-on food residues.

Contains: Alkaline salts 10 – 30%, Tetrasodium EDTA 10 – 30%, Potassium hydroxide less than 10%, Other non hazardous ingredients less than 10% and water to 100%.
