C460 Blending Fluff is perfect for shading and blending of powder eye shadows. The hairs are arranged in an oval, firm pointed shape to ensure you get an even defined smoky eye effect. The brush can also be used to buff concealer under eyes especially as synthetic hair can hold cream and powders products well.
