Place the felt tip against the eyelid, as close to the lash line as possible. Glide the tip from the inner to the outer corner of the eye. If desired, intensify and thicken the line with a second stroke. For a “doe eye” effect, finish with a wing rising up towards the outer corner of the eyebrow.
